London Fashion Week (LFW) is the most creative and innovative event on the global fashion calendar. This season highly creative rising stars such as Christopher Kane, Erdem, Marios Schwab and Richard Nicoll join iconic British designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith, and heritage international brands including Burberry Prorsum, Aquascutum, Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland.

LFW is organised by the British Fashion Council (BFC) and is funded by sponsors, many of which provide services that have become integral to the unique experience London has to offer. The BFC thank all of their sponsors, in particular principal sponsor Canon, for their continued support.

This September marks Canon’s twelfth season as principal sponsor of London Fashion Week. There is a natural synergy between the fashion industry and Canon’s desire to develop innovative imaging solutions which unlock creativity and allow the designs on show this week to be captured at their best. Central to Canon’s support, Canon Professional Services (CPS) is once again providing a range of services for accredited photographers and videographers in the Photographers Lounge at the BFC Show tent. Canon’s specialist technical team is here to provide repairs, technical advice and personal training on a one-to-one basis. Whether it is a hardware or software issue, CPS will be there to ensure Canon’s photographers and videographers have the tools and knowledge they need to capture their best pictures on the day. The popular Best Shot competition will be running again to reward the photographer who captures the most defining shot during London Fashion Week. Exclusive Canon buses will also be shuttling photographers between shows so they don’t miss a moment of the capital’s catwalks.
